A set of RIGID white LED fog lamps improve visibility in bad weather, and a new integrated LED light bar optimizes the beam pattern of the LED headlights to aim for balanced light output with significant range. Additionally, TRD Pro receives an aluminum TRD front skid plate and a high-clearance ARB rear metal bumper with red recovery hooks.

The highlight of the vehicle is a distinctive IsoDynamic Performance Seat, a first for the segment, which stabilizes the driverā€™s field of view to enhance comfort and concentration while driving on difficult terrain.

The IsoDynamic Performance Seat features an air-over-oil shock absorber system that enables simultaneous vertical and lateral seat movement to stabilize the head and neck and attenuate body movement.  This dampening effect can be adjusted based on body mass and passenger preferences by using levers on the seatbacks.

The Tacoma is offered in the following trim levels: SR, SR5, Limited, TRD Pro, Trailhunter, TRD PreRunner, TRD Sport, and TRD Off-Road. Toyota Safety Sense 3.0, a collection of active safety and convenience features, is a standard feature on all 2024 Tacoma models. These systems include:

Toyota Safety Senseā€™s Proactive Driving Assist is a new feature. This system is intended to give gentle braking into curves or gentle braking or turning to aid support driving tasks, including distance control between a preceding vehicle, pedestrian, or cyclist when system operational requirements are satisfied, using the vehicleā€™s camera and radar. The Pre-Collision System applies even when Proactive Driving Assist operates under different conditions.
